Click Go.


Go to iTunes and open.


Locate iTunes in the menu bar and click it.


Select Preferences.


Click Devices.

2. Where are iTunes backups stored on Window 7, 8, &10

To find iTunes backup in Window 7, 8, or 10, you can take a short route to: \Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\. You may also use the steps below to find the backup.




In each of the Windows, locate the Search bar:


For Windows 7, find it by clicking Start button.


For Windows 8, find it by clicking the magnifying glass.


For Windows 10, find it by clicking the Search bar next to the Start button.


Input %appdata% into the search bar.





Click OK.


Next, double-click these folders: Apple Computer > MobileSync > Backup.
